This Privacy Policy applies to all users and visitors of our website, located at healthsport.com, and explains how we collect, use, and secure your personal data. SMS/Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number and check one or both SMS consent boxes on our forms, you consent to receive the corresponding text messages from HealthSPORT: non-marketing messages (appointment and class reminders, schedule changes, and account or membership notifications) and, if you separately consented, marketing messages (special offers, discounts, club news, and events). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

- To operate the program we collect and store your mobile phone number, the date, time, and content of your consent, and your message interactions, in order to send the messages you requested and to comply with messaging regulations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How Do We Store and Protect Your Information?
Your data is stored securely. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive information (such as payment details) in transit, access controls that limit who can view your information, and secure hosting of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Do We Share Your Personal Data?
Service providers we share information with. To run memberships, bookings and payments we share the information you give us with a small number of companies, each only to the extent needed to do their part: Club Automation (membership records, bookings and billing), Stripe (online payments), ExitLoop AI (member email, text messaging, live chat and form handling), Lovable (website hosting and form processing), Google (analytics, maps and reviews) and accessiBe (accessibility widget). Each processes your information on our behalf under contract and only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We use analytics, session monitoring, and communication technologies provided by us and certain service providers to understand how visitors use our website, improve site functionality, prevent fraud, and support our business operations. Here is who receives information from this website, and why:
- Google, which provides website analytics (Google Analytics) so we can see which pages help people find a club. It runs only after you accept analytics cookies. Google also provides the map on our Locations page and the place where you may choose to leave a public review.
- ExitLoop AI, the platform that runs our member email, text messaging and website live chat, and that receives the information you enter in our forms so we can respond to you. Its visitor-tracking script runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Lovable, the company that hosts this website. As part of hosting, it processes form submissions on our behalf and receives technical error reports and basic usage measurements so the site keeps working.
- Stripe, which processes online payments. HealthSPORT never sees or stores your full card number.
- Club Automation, our membership system. When you join or book online, we create or update your membership record there.
- accessiBe, which provides the accessibility widget in the corner of every page and stores your accessibility preferences.
We do not currently run Facebook or Instagram advertising tags on this website. If we begin, they will only run after you accept advertising cookies, and this policy will be updated first.
Each of these companies processes your information on our behalf and only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data.
- Object to the processing of your personal data.

Automated Systems and AI
We use software to host this website and to manage member communications. Information you enter on this site is not used to train artificial intelligence models. We do use automated systems to route inquiries, send appointment and billing reminders, and reply to messages. You can reach a person at any time by calling your club directly.
Information About Children
Some of our programs are for children, and a parent or guardian provides that information when enrolling. We collect a child’s name, date of birth, and any medical or safety details needed to run the program safely. We use that information only to run the program and to contact the parent or guardian.
We use photographs of participants in club materials and on this website only where a parent or guardian has given written permission. You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting your club, and we will remove the photographs.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to other websites. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

Tools, Tracking, and Cookies on This Website
Supplement effective August 14, 2026. This section adds detail to the policy above and describes the specific services we use on healthsport.com. It does not change our SMS terms.
Cookie categories and your choices
We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies always run — they power checkout, form submission, live chat, fraud prevention, and remembering the club you selected. Analytics cookies and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit.
You can change your decision at any time. . You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a Global Privacy Control signal we honor as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through the site — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. This helps us improve pages and measure which programs people are looking for. Google processes this data as our service provider; see Google’s Privacy Policy. We also keep our own first-party record of anonymous page visits and form-funnel steps in our hosting database so we can see where people get stuck.
Customer relationship and messaging platform (ExitLoop AI)
We use ExitLoop AI as our customer relationship management, live chat, email, and text messaging platform. When you submit a form, start a chat, book a class, or request a tour, your contact details, the answers you provided, and the pages you visited are stored in your contact record so our staff can follow up. With your consent, the platform’s tracking script also records site page views and links them to your contact record once you identify yourself. Each club uses its own account so your information reaches the right local team.
Advertising and remarketing
With your consent we may use Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools to measure which ads bring people to the site and to show relevant ads afterward. These tools may set cookies or use device identifiers. Under California law, this activity can be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Rejecting advertising cookies, or emailing us, opts you out.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe’s secure fields — we never see or store full card details. We receive the payment amount, status, last four digits, and the name and email tied to the purchase so we can confirm your booking and issue receipts. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Membership billing itself is handled in club through our club management system.
Accessibility tools
We use accessWidget to provide the accessibility menu on our site. The widget loads a script from accessWidget’s servers and may store accessibility preferences or session data so your choices persist as you browse. This tool is provided as a functional accessibility aid and is not used for advertising or analytics. See accessWidget’s Privacy Policy.
Maps and location
Our locations pages use Google Maps to display club addresses and directions, which loads content from Google and may set cookies. If you tap the “find my closest club” option, your browser asks your permission before sharing your approximate location. That location is used only to suggest a club in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
Artificial intelligence features
We use artificial intelligence tools to support customer service and marketing — for example, drafting replies, summarizing inquiries, routing requests to the right club, and powering automated chat responses. Information you submit through forms or chat may be processed by these tools as part of responding to you. AI output is reviewed by our staff for decisions that affect your membership, and we do not use AI to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not permit these providers to use your information to train their general-purpose models.
Transactional email and form backups
We send confirmation and notification emails through our email service provider, and every form submission is also stored in our own hosting database as a backup so an integration outage never loses your request. These backups are accessible only to authorized HealthSPORT staff.
Hosting and infrastructure
This website is hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under agreements that restrict their use of it, and server logs may record IP addresses and request details for security and troubleshooting.
Youth programs
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children online. When you register a child for gymnastics, swim, ninja, or youth programs, a parent or guardian provides the child’s name, age or date of birth, and any medical or emergency details needed for safe supervision. That information is used only to run the program and contact the parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may review or request deletion of a child’s information by emailing info@healthsport.com.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@healthsport.com or call (707) 822-3488. We verify requests by matching the details you provide against your existing record.
How long we keep your information
We keep membership and purchase records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, inquiry and lead records for up to three years after your last interaction, and analytics data on the retention schedule set in each analytics tool. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
