How it works
HealthSPORT creates space for Humboldt neighbors of every age to pursue and celebrate their health. We back that mission by supporting local community events and organizations year-round.
Fill out the request form below and our team will respond within two business days. All requests must come through the form — phone and in-person solicitations are no longer accepted. Submit your request at least two weeks in advance of your event so we can review it properly.
Every donation is issued as a HealthSPORT gift certificate or service, ready to use as an auction item, raffle prize, or fundraising incentive.
