Your child walks in holding your hand and walks out asking when they come back. Coaches learn their name in the first ten minutes, the group is small, and nobody sits on the sideline waiting for a turn.
Small groups · same coaches every week
A coach gives a cue. Your child pictures the shape, then makes their body do it. That is focus, memory, and coordination — trained in 45-minute doses on beam, bars, floor, and the Tumble Trak.
45 minutes · one skill at a time
Pulling, pushing, jumping, landing. Gymnastics builds the raw athleticism coaches in every sport look for later — and your child builds it while they are having fun.
Every class ends with strength work
Nothing is given. Your child conquers a skill they could not do last month, a coach checks it off, and they carry that proof into school, into friendships, into whatever comes next.
Skills checked off month by month
Your child drops into a real class at their age level. A coach watches, places them, and tells you exactly what they saw.
One, two, or three classes a week on the day that fits your family. Monthly enrollment — no session blocks to wait for.
Coaches evaluate every skill and advance your child when they've earned it. You'll hear before the next month starts.
A separate academy · not a gymnastics level
Swinging, running, rolling, flipping — a curriculum-based path with its own ranks, badges, and coaches in the same Fortuna facility. Plenty of families do both.
Drop your child at HealthSPORT Gymnastics for coach-led games, challenges, and open time on bars, beam, floor, vault, Tumble Trak, and the ninja rig. $25 per child — and every 3rd Friday is a Theme Night for $30 with food on us.
