This summer, get your kids in the water! Our aquatics program teaches swimming lessons for kids of all ages and abilities. They’ll have a blast playing water sports and learning all kinds of techniques to make them better swimmers.
HOTWORX® is a brand new, innovative fitness program that utilizes a combination of infrared heat and isometrics to give you an amazing fullbody, 30-minute workout. You’ll perform 14 isometric body postures in sequential order at 120-125 degrees Fahrenheit using infrared heat.
HSPFit programming is sure to keep you entertained while giving you the KICK IN THE PANTS you need. HSP Fit challenges your mind and muscle with full-body interval training. Favoring compound exercises (push-ups) over isolation exercises (bicep curls) maximizes fat burn and functional strength development.
