Safely & effectively strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, & improve your coordination and posture. At HealthSPORT we offer both Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer classes.


Before you resort to being sore for days, try an after workout massage to help your muscles recover faster. Massage at HealthSPORT is a holistic approach to healing after your workout. Come by for a relaxing massage by one of our expert therapists & harness the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Youth Programs

This gym is probably the best gym in Eureka. They have everything you need. Two power racks that are mostly empty. It's good for deadlifting as well. Plenty of cardio machines to go around.

Nice smiles greet you when you walk in the door. The pool is awesome! And of course, so is the hot tub. And actually, the weight room is nice and roomy and doesn't ever feel too crowded.
