What does Reformer cost at HS Align Arcata?

$149 for a month of unlimited classes, $30 for a single drop-in, or $249 for a 10-pack. The rate is the same for HealthSPORT members and non-members — Reformer is a studio program, not part of a gym membership.

Do I need experience on a Reformer?

No. Start with Foundation — your instructor walks you through springs, straps, and setup before you move. We teach contemporary-style Reformer, so every exercise has a beginner version.

Do I need a HealthSPORT gym membership?

No. HS Align Arcata is a standalone studio at 901 8th Street with its own enrollment, open to everyone.

Do I need to reserve my spot in advance?

Yes — reserve your class in the HealthSPORT app before you come. The room holds 12 reformers, and classes fill up.

What is the cancellation policy?

Give 24 hours' notice to cancel a reserved class so someone on the waitlist can take your spot.
