Ages 6 months – 2 years. A gentle, playful intro with you in the water — supported kicks and floats, assisted climb-outs, and early water comfort.
Level 02Glide · kick · explore
Orange Otters
Independent flutter kicking, smooth front and back glides, unassisted floats. Otter Pups begin traveling short distances with growing breath control.
Level 03Smooth swimming begins
Blue Jellyfish
Rhythmic freestyle breathing, steady backstroke, basic treading, and unassisted climb-outs. Movement becomes smoother, stronger, more controlled.
Level 04Making waves, moving up
Red Dolphins
Freestyle and backstroke refined to 25+ yards. Swimmers begin breaststroke, dolphin kick, and introductory diving — ready for advanced work.
Next stop
HealthSPORT Swim Academy
After mastering Red Dolphins, swimmers move into Academy — refining all four strokes, building endurance and pacing, and picking up competitive-ready skills like flip turns. Specialty clinics unlock the next gear.
