HS Align Fortuna is a standalone studio at 1021 Main Street, and it runs a little differently than our other locations. Here one price covers everything on the studio schedule for a month: Pilates Reformer, barre, yoga, and Pilates mat. No HealthSPORT gym membership required. Classes stay small, instruction stays hands-on, and beginners get a real starting point instead of being dropped into an advanced room. This is a one-time introductory payment; ongoing enrollment is set up with the studio team at your first visit.

Registration & cancellation policy
- All programs have a “Registration/Cancellation Deadline” 7 days prior to the start date. The buyer may cancel and receive a full credit any time before the deadline.
- Once the registration deadline has passed, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If the club cancels a program due to low enrollment, the buyer receives a 100% refund.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds on services purchased unless otherwise authorized by this agreement.
