At HealthSPORT, our mission is to help our community be and feel the best version of themselves. One way we accomplish this goal is by offering a complimentary Wellness Check-In, open to anyone in the community — no membership required. This 30-minute session is a simple conversation with one of our trained experts to talk about your personal goals and lifestyle. You will leave with a personalized plan to accomplish those goals. There are no fees and no hidden costs; the session is entirely free. If the plan we map out together calls for services that carry a cost, we'll tell you plainly — but the Check-In itself is complimentary, and its job is to help you figure out where to go from here.
