A full week of movement, learning, and FUN for kids ages 5–12!

Looking for something more than just childcare this summer?

HealthSPORT Summer Camp is a full-on experience! Choose your favorite themed day or enroll for the whole week. Each day includes active play, gymnastics, creative arts, team-building games, and hands-on lessons all designed to help your child build confidence, coordination, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Your child will come home sweaty, smiling, and actually wanting to go back the next day. Win-win!

Daily Schedule

  • June Camp: June 22-June 26
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Times: 8:30am (drop-off) – 12:30pm (pickup)

Camp Breakdown

 Strength, Agility & Protein Power

Kick off the week with a high-energy day of gymnastics skills, obstacle courses, and partner challenges that focus on building strength, balance, flexibility, and speed. Kids will learn about their bones and muscles and how protein helps fuel and repair their bodies—plus they’ll enjoy a protein-packed snack. Monday sets the tone for the week with confidence-boosting challenges, a group cool-down, and a “what was your favorite part?” reflection to tie it all together.

Balance, Creativity & Eat the Rainbow

Tuesday blends movement and mindfulness with imagination! The day begins with a colorful yoga story and breath work to support focus and calm. Kids will learn how different fruits and veggies support different parts of the body while creating rainbow-inspired arts and crafts. We’ll add in gymnastics skill-building, team games, and parachute play—keeping kids active, creative, and connected with others. A perfect mix of brains, bodies, and big smiles!

Sweet Energy & Challenge Day

Midweek brings a burst of excitement with dance gymnastics and physical challenges! Whether your child loves to move to music or power through obstacle courses, there’s something for everyone. Kids will explore how blood and circulation keep our bodies energized and how fruits and whole grains provide lasting fuel. We round out the day with fun chalk art, high-energy games, and of course, more gymnastics fun. Expect a very tired (and very happy) kid by pick-up.

Water is Life: Strength, Flexibility & Hydration

Today’s all about flexibility and flow—on the mat, in movement, and in hydration! Kids will dive into a yoga story about a thirsty tree and learn how water helps our bones, joints, and muscles stay strong. We’ll mix in gymnastics skill sessions, relay races, silly partner games, and creative art time. It’s the perfect blend of mindful movement, fun facts, and hands-on learning to keep bodies and brains engaged all day long.

Rest, Recharge & Celebration Day!

It’s party time! After a week of hard work and healthy habits, Friday is our big celebration day! We’ll kick things off with yoga, limbo, and collaborative mandala art before launching into the ultimate game day—Nerf battles, tumble trak play, and a trip to Hoppy Fro Yo! We’ll explore how rest, sleep, and relaxation help the body grow stronger and recover. Your child will leave with sweet memories, new friendships, and a huge sense of accomplishment.

NOTE: Final day please send your camper in comfortable walking shoes and have a jacket in case it is cold walking to Froyo

You have questions, we have answers.....!

  • Children attending camp must be fully able to follow instruction
  •  Please send your child in loose comfortable clothes-no buttons snaps or zippers
  • Please put hair up if it touches shoulders
  • All campers must be fully potty trained
  • Gymnastics Camp requires the ability to be safe, respectful and responsible at all times. If a child is not able to follow instruction, it will compromise group safety and they will be sent home and exited from camp for the week
  • If your child has a food allergy, please let our staff know
  • There are no refunds with camp

Drop off is between 8:30am-8:45am. We are not able to accept late campers as this conflicts with the daily schedule. Dismissal is at 12:30pm. Pick ups later than 5 minutes, will incur a fee of $5 per minute.

Please pack a daily lunch, water bottle, easy to get on/off shoes and a bag to organize.

**Hair must be up if it touches shoulders

**Please no toys, stuffy’s or extra items from home. On nerf day, supplies will be provided!

FRIDAY:

Final day please wear comfortable walking shoes and have a jacket in case it is cold walking to Froyo!

A trained HealthSPORT staff member will be ensuring your child’s safety inside the facility all day and leading children through exercises in a safe, fun manner among peers!

A staff member will check your child in each day in the main lobby area. An adult must enter the building to check their child out. We cannot release kids to cars.

Please be prepared to sign your child in/out and bring a legal ID for pick-up.
