HSAlign is HealthSPORT’s brand of boutique-style studios dedicated to the “Why” of movement.

We currently have two studios: HSAlign Arcata and HSAlign Fortuna. 

HSAlign Arcata is located at its own specialized studio: 901 8th St, Arcata.

HSAlign Fortuna, our sister studio, is located at its own specialized studio: 1021 Main Street, Fortuna.

Pilates adds unique benefits that empower you to live your best life. Pilates strengthens the core and reduces the risk of injuries.

HSAlign is designed for all skill and experience levels, from a brand new learner to a lifelong pro. Because our classes max out at 16 people, our expert instructors provide personalized education and form correction that you won’t find in a massive group setting.

No, you do not have to be a member of a HealthSPORT gym in order to be a HSAlign member. We have a variety of membership options that will best serve your current needs and availability, including HSAlign only. 

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We also have water available for our members.

We provide props such as mats & blocks, but we always encourage you to bring your own gear. We want you to use whatever makes you the most comfortable!

Wearing socks is required for Pilates classes, and we highly recommend sticky socks. If you forget to bring them or don’t have any yet, we do have socks available for purchase here in the studio. 

HSAlign memberships are a monthly commitment with access to unlimited classes. There is no cap or limitations on how many classes you can take or what kind of classes you can enjoy – it’s full access!

After enrolling as an HSAlign member, our staff will create your account so you can register for classes directly on the HealthSPORT app. You can see real-time updates on class sizes & availability, and register conveniently with the click of a button!
