Youth Fitness Camp | Aug 12-14

Welcome to the Youth Fundamentals of Fitness Camp: a fun, active, and empowering way for your kids to burn off some summer energy! Over three action-packed days, your child will master the basics of strength and movement. We’re all about teaching proper form and technique early on, building confidence, and setting them up for a lifetime of healthy, active living. We pair expert coaching with high-energy games that will get their hearts pumping and smiles wearing! Every day we highlight a new focus to keep things fresh and exciting:

  • Day 1: Squat Day! – Mastering the ultimate foundational movement for power and agility.

  • Day 2: Hinge Day! – Learning how to lift safely and build a strong, injury-resistant core.

  • Day 3: Upper Body Day! – Pushing, pulling, and building total-body strength.

We’ve split our sessions by age group to ensure every camper gets the right level of attention, coaching, and age-appropriate fun.
