We offer a selection of included GroupX Classes in cycling, yoga, pilates, and strength. We offer additional classes for a fee for our HS50 Team Training and Small Group Training classes designed to get you results.
Yes, we have a month to month membership. Canceling your membership will mean you would have to pay the initiation fee if you were to rejoin, so we offer a $10/mon hold fee if you need a break from the gym which allows you to restart without having to pay the initiation fee.

Yes! Both our Eureka Myrtle Town and Arcata locations have full service Massage Spa Services. We also have saunas, hot tubs and pools located at select facilities. Don’t worry though, your membership gets you into all locations.
