Sound healing is a process that uses sound, frequency and vibration to balance the body, clear invasive energies and bring us back into alignment. This frees up our energy so that our self healing mechanisms can function properly and you can feel healed, balanced and strong. Join us at alternating HealthSPORT locations all year long one Friday evening per month for class led by Jen Madrone – no membership required! Space is limited – register at the form below!

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a process that uses sound, frequency and vibration to balance the body, clear invasive energies, and bring us back into alignment. It’s based on the fact that everything is IN vibration and everything IS vibration. If we were no longer vibrating, we would cease to exist. We each have our own resonant frequency – the unique frequency of our body when it is healed, balanced and strong. When we are sick, stressed out or in pain, parts of our physiology have gone out of tune, we are no longer vibrating at our resonant frequency of health.

Sound healing is the process of bringing ourselves back into harmony, tuning up the body so that it can function as it knows how, and clearing the dissonant frequencies so that we can hear the song of our soul once again. This frees up our energy so that our self healing mechanisms can function properly. Ultimately, sound healing is harmony with the universal energy field.

Jen Madrone is a sound healer, massage therapist, reiki master, teacher and spiritual wellness coach.
 
Her sound healing events use a wide variety of instruments to create the frequencies and vibrations to encourage your body, mind and soul to relax, let go and remember how to heal itself.

This year, HealthSPORT is hosting a Sound Bath event one Friday evening per month. It will be hosted at alternating locations rotating between HealthSPORT Arcata, Eureka, McKinelyville, and Fortuna. You will register for each event individually, this is not a subscription. 

No, this class is open to everyone! A HealthSPORT membership is not required to take this class. Invite your friends & family!

You can bring anything you need to be comfortable laying on the floor. We will provide mats and yoga blocks for use, but you are welcome to bring blankets and pillows if you would like. We want you to be comfortable and warm! You could also bring an eye mask if you would like to tune out that sense and hone in even more on the sound. 
We suggest wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing. We also suggest dressing in layers as the room will be warm and we have radiant flooring.
