Our Move Through Menopause program is your evidence-based plan to stop feeling frustrated and start feeling strong again. Training specifically targeting the effects of hormonal changes on the body: rebuilding muscle lost to hormonal shifts, helping you stay lean and strong, maintain strong bones, and jumpstarting your metabolism.
Learn foundational movement and breathing skills you can take with you beyond class. Support your core health, maintain bladder control, and build lasting strength and balance for everyday living.
Discover the non-diet approach to fueling your body to manage hot flashes, reduce brain fog, and maintain a healthy weight without deprivation. This will help stabilize your energy and mood. Learn how to eat for stable energy, better sleep, and hormone balance.
Train with a female coach who is fully certified and has personal experience in this phase of life themselves. Each trainer has years of experience working with women going through this season of life. They are eager to share how to modify exercises and optimize your performance during this transition.
This short, focused commitment gives you the momentum and knowledge to carry these habits forward long after the program ends. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to adapt your current routine, our trainers will guide you.

This is a specialized 6-week fitness series designed to help you navigate the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause. Our emphasis is heavily on strength training, as building muscle is one of the best ways to manage metabolism, maintain bone density, and optimize your overall health during this transition. This program is suitable for all fitness levels.
As estrogen levels decline, women become more susceptible to bone density loss (osteoporosis) and changes in body composition, often resulting in decreased muscle mass and a slowing metabolism. Strength training is vital for protecting your bones, building lean muscle, and keeping your metabolism active. Move Through Menopause is designed to help you accomplish these goals!
No, this class is open to everyone! A HealthSPORT membership is not required to take this class. Invite your friends & family!
It’s designed for all stages of menopause! This class is open to all women whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, or just starting to notice changes.
This is a small group class. Each location is limited to only 8 participants each.
You can expect each class to primarily consist of exercise. Our primary goal is for every participant to feel confident in continuing on their own after the series ends. You’ll gain the knowledge and foundation to manage your health long-term.
The schedule is designed to ensure all participants complete a full six weeks, including adjustments around Thanksgiving week. Each class follows the same pattern: 6-weeks of class, 2 classes per week. The Thursday class of Thanksgiving will be made up.
