We don’t believe in ‘slowing down’ during the menopausal shift—we believe in training smarter. Our Move Through Menopause program is your evidence-based plan to stop feeling frustrated and start feeling strong again. You don’t have to navigate the hormonal maze alone—join a supportive community of women and coaches who get it.
Move Through Menopause is now an ONGOING PROGRAM offered every week! You’ll pay once per month, and your spot auto-renews, so you stay enrolled without the stress of re-signing up or losing your place. Your routine is set, your spot is secure, and consistency becomes easy. Classes begin February 2nd at Arcata, Eureka, Fortuna, and McKinleyville to move through hormonal change with clarity, confidence, and control – no membership required!

This is a specialized ongoing fitness series designed to help you navigate the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause. Our emphasis is heavily on strength training, as building muscle is one of the best ways to manage metabolism, maintain bone density, and optimize your overall health during this transition. This program is suitable for all fitness levels.
As estrogen levels decline, women become more susceptible to bone density loss (osteoporosis) and changes in body composition, often resulting in decreased muscle mass and a slowing metabolism. Strength training is vital for protecting your bones, building lean muscle, and keeping your metabolism active. Move Through Menopause is designed to help you accomplish these goals!
It’s designed for all stages of menopause! This class is open to all women whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, or just starting to notice changes.
No, this class is open to everyone! A HealthSPORT membership is not required to take this class. Invite your friends & family!
This is a small group class. Each location is limited to only 12 participants each.
You can expect each class to primarily consist of exercise. You will receive expert coaching and education through the lesson plans.

With each subscription, you are purchasing the specific day, time, and location offered. Switching between clubs or class types is not permitted.
Pricing: $129/month for members, $195/month for non-members
Programs & Camps: All programs have a “Registration/Cancellation Deadline” 7 days prior to the start date. The buyer may cancel and receive a full credit any time before the deadline. Once the registration deadline has passed, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the club cancels a program due to low enrollment, the buyer will receive a 100% refund.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds on services purchased unless otherwise authorized by this agreement.

Training specifically targeting the effects of hormonal changes on the body: rebuilding muscle lost to hormonal shifts, helping you stay lean and strong, maintain strong bones, and jumpstarting your metabolism.
Learn foundational movement and breathing skills you can take with you beyond class. Support your core health, maintain bladder control, and build lasting strength and balance for everyday living.
Train with a female coach who is fully certified and has personal experience in this phase of life themselves. Each trainer has years of experience working with women going through this season of life. They are eager to share how to modify exercises and optimize your performance during this transition.
This focused commitment gives you the momentum and knowledge to carry these habits into all areas of your life. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to adapt your current routine, our trainers will guide you.
