Building your Yoga practice upon a strong foundation gives you the freedom to better move with intention, ease and truth, both on the mat and throughout life. 

You can expect to leave this workshop series with the confidence to better support yourself in any yoga class, increased strength and mobility through Hatha style movement, and more knowledge to direct you toward your ideal yoga practice.
