The 12-week HealthSPORT Weight Loss Challenge transformed not only participants bodies, but their lifestyle habits. John Dixon, the overall third place winner, dedicated himself to his goals and lost 39lbs (15.49% of his body fat).

“I hit the gym 5 or 6 days a week, do classes, yoga, wts & aerobics, keep a journal & track calories in & out with my Fitbit. Kerri helped me work around a rotator cuff injury & identified exercises that don’t involve my shoulder. My goal is 195 lb before I turn 76 in August. Half way there & I know I will make it.”
