Diversified Workouts

What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. That philosophy applies to your workouts too. You can’t perform the same few exercises day in and day out for weeks, months, even years on end and expect to transform your body. Our WLC will teach you how to perform a plethora of different exercises, engaging muscles in your entire body, so you look well balanced and symmetrical. WLC-HealthSPORT2I’m a busy mom of four, a high school science teacher, and an avid distance runner. Despite extensive training on my own, in January, I hit my highest non-pregnant weight. In desperation, I decided to try the HealthSPORT WLC.
