Starting Point Session

Every triumphant health transformation starts with good goal setting and a solid plan. That’s where our HealthSPORT professionals come in. Before you launch into a Personal Training program, we invite you to sit down with one of our Staff members so we can get to know you.

Here’s what you can expect during your complimentary Starting Point Session:

  • You are Here: First we will interview you to understand your needs and current fitness level.
  • Goal: Next we will help you identify & establish a clear goal (Functional, Aesthetic, or both).
  • Basic Education: Once we know what you want to achieve, we will help you strategize your approach and provide basic tips for getting started.
  • Chart a Course: Finally we will conclude your Starting Point session with a solid plan recommendation to help you achieve your goal.
