Meet The Instructors
Megan uses Circuit & Interval Training Techniques combined with deliberate actions outside the gym to help people grow into better versions of themselves, one habit at a time. She holds a B.S in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University, an ASCM Personal Trainer Certification, plus an arsenal of Group Fitness Instructor certifications that ensure you can’t escape her at the gym. As HealthSPORT’s Fitness Director you’ll find Megan teaching everything from TRX to Tabata Bootcamp, motivating her Personal Training clients to push harder, & designing effective clubwide programming. If you’re feeling the burn with a smile on your face, chances are Megan’s to thank.
Steady improvement over the long term - that’s what Kerri’s mix of Olympic weightlifting expertise & functional training techniques guarantee anyone lucky (and tough!) enough to work with her. With over 18 years as a Fitness Professional Kerri holds an M.S. in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Idaho, plus certifications in USA Weightlifting, TRX, RIPPED, Schwinn Cycling, Barre Above, & Trixter X-Bike. After spending 14 years working in College Athletics, Kerri now brings her supercharged enthusiasm to HealthSPORT where she inspires people to find their niche in fitness, then push it to the max.
Travis uses a combination of performance training, mobility training, & healthy eating strategies to provide clients with innovative fitness experiences. With a B.S. in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, Travis knows firsthand “hard” exercise isn’t the key to results. Rather, he focuses on developing muscular balances in the body so clients can safely get results. Travis also holds specialty certifications in Precision Nutrition, Trigger Point, and USAW Sports Performance providing the proper foundations to facilitate effective & long lasting change for his clients.
