What is an OnPoint With a Personal Trainer? 

“An OnPoint session is 15 minutes, and it allows the HSPFit subscriber, the member, to talk to a personal trainer and check in with them as to how they’re doing, how they’re progressing with their goals, and if they’re having any issues. Maybe they’ve hit a plateau, or they’re stuck in some way, or their motivation is starting to wane. An OnPoint is an opportunity for the trainer to give them some ideas on how to get back on track.”

Why is an OnPoint Beneficial?

“It’s really important when you are engaged in a lifestyle of fitness to have goals and to have things that you’re looking to accomplish to help keep you motivated. One of the ways that I help clients and HSPFit subscribers to stay motivated is to keep records. Establish a baseline, a measurement, for certain exercises that might be relevant to them. Maybe it’s rowing 300 meters. Maybe it’s running a mile in a certain amount of time…”

The bottom line? An OnPoint essentially gives members the opportunity to sit down and check in with a Personal Trainer. The more time a person invests in working with a Personal Trainer, the more valuable an OnPoint becomes. As the Trainer accumulates records of the member’s goals and progress they can provide better direction & support moving forward. An OnPoint is the chance to pause, reflect, evaluate, and strategize a solid fitness plan to keep the member “On Point.”
