Build a Better Routine

  1. Follow a diet. Any diet. No cheat meals or any alcohol.

  1. Work out twice a day for 45 minutes. One of those workouts must be outside. 

  2. Drink a gallon of water daily. 

  3. Read 10 pages of nonfiction daily. Audiobooks don’t count, and the book must fall into the personal development category. 

  4. Take progress pictures daily
