The good news? Our specialized gym classes are perfect for those who only have 30 minutes to spare for a workout. Short and sweet, our cycling workouts, core pilates, or unique HIIT classes are the ultimate sweat session.
Keep in mind that it’s not the quantity of gym time that gets results, it’s the quality of your workouts. It’s also never too late to push yourself or try something new when it comes to meeting your personal health and fitness goals.
Personal Attention & Training
While large indoor cycling workouts or pilates reformer classes are offered more frequently, small group training is designed to give you more one-on-one attention. With less than 10 people in every class, your coach can track your progress, monitor your form, and help you master the ideal routine or technique for your body.
