Membership Information for April

Updated March 30th, 1:00pm

Dear HealthSPORT Member,
I hope this letter finds you well and exercising to HealthSPORT videos on our website 😊 I understand that this is a difficult time for you and for all of us due to health concerns in our community and governmental constraints.
We anticipate the Shelter in Place closure to remain in effect at least until May 1, but could last as long as June 1, 2020. We are getting ready to run billing in the next week and would like to send out this reminder of some options for your billing.
The first option is to pay your current dues amount while we are closed, and we will credit your account an equal amount in 3 monthly payments after we are open again. For example if you are paying $99 per month, we will bill you $99 in April. If we are allowed to open in May, then in May, June and July you will get $33 in credit on your HealthSPORT account. If you choose to pay your current dues amount, click here.
The second option is to set your membership on a $10 per month hold fee to maintain your current dues pricing. If you choose to pay the hold fee, click here.
Both of these options help pay skilled employees to perform essential maintenance in buildings, pools, as well as member services and finance obligations. The option you choose will renew monthly for the closure period until we reopen.
Thank you for your continuing support during these times. We are doing what we can to improve the clubs during this time and designing new ways to keep the club clean and safe for you when you return.

Our phone hours will be 8 to noon and 4 to 8pm all next week at (707) 822-3488.

Looking forward to getting back to our regular workouts!

Sincerely,
Susan Jansson
CEO of HealthSPORT
