This year we are offering Virtual Small Group Training in the comfort of your home!

Calorie Burning Workouts

8-weeks of weight loss driven workouts, created by a top notch Health Coach & Fitness Trainer with over 25 years of experience.

An Inclusive & Welcoming Setting

Workout virtually in a small & supportive group. This program is adaptable for all levels of fitness, you'll receive 1-on-1 coaching or modified exercises whenever you need.

Eat Well, Feel Good

This program also includes nutrition guidance and accountability, so you'll feel great even on your rest days.

My greatest passion in life is creating a healthy lifestyle for myself and others. That is why I have made a career of over 25 years helping people of all ages become the best they can be. Being healthy means that you experience vitality, strength, and confidence no matter what age you are. By incorporating simple changes in the areas of exercise, rest, mindset and nutrition, you can make a huge impact on your health. I have assisted hundreds of people achieve their best self. Program Requirements

  • Availability January 17 through  March 11
  • Willingness to train 2 times per week for 45 minutes
  • Willingness to train with others in a small group setting
  • Willingness to turn your camera on via zoom, for the coach to ensure good form & to help build a sense of community.
  • After signing up, fill out this questionnaire so we can get to know you better & set you on the road to success.
