For some it is a stretch class, for others, a dynamic
meditation. This ancient all-inclusive discipline builds strength,
flexibility, balance and endurance in the body, mind and spirit.
Yoga is for people of all ages and belief systems.
Many Pilates exercises can be performed on the
floor using a yoga mat. Our Pilates Mat sessions will teach you
to develop the muscles in the abdominal area, while stretching and
lengthening the entire muscular system.

for over 70 years, Pilates is now the hottest and most talked about
fitness trend. By using our Pilates equipment you concentrate on
building strength and flexibility, improving coordination, balance,
and posture and increasing stamina.
