Class Levels
Level 1: For anyone, no flexibility or experience required.
Level 1/2: A moderately paced class with different modifications offered for different levels. Familiarity with basic poses helpful. Teacher may or may not demonstrate poses, depending on class type.
Level 2: A more challenging class. Familiarity with basic poses is expected. Not recommended for beginners.
Level 2/3: For those with an ongoing yoga practice. Advanced postures and methods of practice may be introduced. Not suitable for beginners.

Class Descriptions
Ashtanga Style Yoga: A vigorous and physically challenging yoga, flowing from one pose to the next.
Anusara: Offers a stronger focus on alignment while opening the heart.
Candlelight Flow: Vinyasa yoga with candles and music.
Anusara Inspired: Yoga inspired by the teachings of Anusara.
DYP: Do Your Own Practice. A non-guided practice
Free-Form Yoga: Move through your own practice with the benefit of group energy. Includes music, suggested poses, and a teacher to help you. A great way build a home practice.
Gentle Yoga: Safe and gentle yoga for all - seniors, beginners, the injured, etc.
Groove Yoga: Vinyasa yoga to an eclectic mix of music: funk, pop, chants, etc.
Hatha Yoga: Classical Yoga.
Meditative Power Yoga: Can balance be found in seeming contradiction? A lighthearted, physically challenging ashtanga-based practice open to all levels.
Power yoga: The method that brought yoga into the gyms of America. A vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style yoga with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. Power Yoga will most likely appeal to people who are wanting to get fit and have fun exercising with a minimal amount of chanting and meditation.
Restorative (Yin) Yoga: Gentle sustained poses for deep relaxation and opening.
Sit & Fit: Increase strength & endurance, improve flexibility in this sit & be fit class.
Sunday Morning Yoga: Gentle active and restorative poses.
Vinyasa Yoga: A vigorous and physically challenging yoga, linking breath and poses.
Yoga Basics: Fundamentals of alignment. No experience or flexibility needed.
Yoga for MS: Specifically addresses the needs of those living with Multiple Sclerosis. Sliding fee scale for non-members.
